Lemon balm, passionflower, holy basil, and valerian root come together in a comforting nighttime blend featuring herbs traditionally used to support relaxation and healthy sleep.

☕ Brewing Instructions

*Loose Leaf

Add 1 teaspoon of loose-leaf tea to 8 ounces of hot water.

Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.

Strain and enjoy 30–60 minutes before bedtime.

*Tea Bags

Place one tea bag in 8 ounces of hot water.

Cover and steep for 12–15 minutes.

Remove the tea bag and enjoy 30–60 minutes before bedtime.
