At Sweet Martha’s Family Farmacy, every product is crafted with intention, freshness, and care. Because we harvest, prepare, and blend in small batches, our shipping timelines reflect the natural rhythm of our work and the needs of the plants themselves.
Made‑to‑Order Herbal Products
All herbal products are made to order.
Depending on harvesting schedules, ingredient availability, and preparation time, orders may take up to 14 days to ship.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Live Plants & Roots
We take extra care to ensure your plants arrive healthy, strong, and ready to thrive.
Processing Time
- Live plants and roots are ready to ship when ordered, but we typically hold them for 7 days to allow the roots to strengthen before travel.
- This holding period ensures your plant arrives resilient and ready to adjust to its new home.
Shipping Schedule
To protect your plants from weekend delays and postal holds:
- Live plants and roots ship only on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
- Orders placed during the week will ship the following Tuesday or Wednesday after the 7‑day strengthening period.
Transit & Weather Considerations
- We monitor weather conditions and may adjust shipping dates to protect your plants from extreme heat or cold.
- If a delay is necessary, we will notify you by email.
Shipping Methods & Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, packaging, and destination.
- All live plants are packaged securely to minimize stress during transit.
Order Changes & Address Updates
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout.
Address changes must be requested before your order ships. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist you.
